When I see images pecked, carved and painted on canyon walls I often wonder about the prehistoric artists who chose that particular space and why did they carve these specific images. Is this image floating in some parallel dimension? What about the light behind it? Is it going into the light or coming out? Is it a child? Is he or she balancing between worlds? Is this symbolic of the delicate balance we create in our own lives?

In the original artwork Ms Graden pulls and pigments cotton rag in the paper studio and then applies mixed media to create her art. Often, images emerge from the paper as she works and her technique is a truly creative process. All prints are made from a high-resolution digital source produced from professional photography of the original artwork. The greeting cards are 5x7 and come in sets of six with the selected artwork. Sales tax is included in the item price.
