The Gift

The inspiration for this work is a petroglyph panel I saw in a remote area in New Mexico in May, 2016. The title is "The Gift". Some people think this image is a spaceship. No one really knows what it represents, but I envisioned a space ship landing and giving our planet life, represented by the fish and other life. In the background there are rock images that were done by clans of prehistoric people. They are images that I've seen on my journeys into the past.

In the original artwork Ms Graden pigments cotton rag and then applies mixed media to create her art. Often, images emerge from the paper as she works and her technique is a truly creative process. All prints are made from a high-resolution digital source produced from professional photography of the original artwork. The greeting cards are 5x7 and come in sets of six with the selected artwork. Sales tax is included in the item price.
